SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Times

All orders for MamaGlow Cream and our Mosquito Repellent are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We hand-pour our products in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

* Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 Business Days

* Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 Business Days

* Free Shipping: Available on all orders over [$50]


Product Integrity and Weather

Our MamaGlow Cream and repellents are made with natural oils and butters. During warmer months, please try to retrieve your package promptly from your mailbox. Prolonged exposure to heat can soften the cream. If your product arrives soft or melted due to transit heat, simply place it in a cool, dark place (or the refrigerator for 15 minutes) to return it to its ideal consistency. This does not affect the quality of the product.


Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.


Damages and Shipping Issues

We take great care in packaging our glass jars and liquid bottles. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and contact us at parentingwithkelli@gmail.com within 48 hours. we will ship a replacement to you immediately.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
