Our Guarantee
At MamaGlow Skincare, we take pride in our handcrafted products. Because our items are personal care products, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and unused. Due to the nature of our products (MamaGlow Cream and Mosquito Repellent), we cannot accept returns on jars or bottles that have been opened or used.

Quality Note
We are dedicated to the perfect jar. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, you may notice slight variations in texture or scent between orders. These variations are a hallmark of natural small-batch production and do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement immediately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Order Processing Times
All orders for MamaGlow Cream and Mosquito Repellent are processed within [1–3] business days. We hand-pour our products in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Product Integrity and Weather
Our creams and repellents contain natural oils and butters. During summer months, please ensure your package is not left in a hot mailbox for extended periods, as this can affect the consistency of the MamaGlow Cream. If your product softens in transit, simply place it in a cool spot to firm back up.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
